Web site Daily Cup of Tech offers a custom autoplay program for your USB thumb drive that tells the user what to do if it is lost and found.

Much more effective than a boring old IfFoundPleaseReturnTo.txt text file, this customizable .exe offers a "Help! I'm lost!" Autoplay option when someone plugs in your thumb drive. I especially like the bribery tactic: "You will receive a shiny USB drive twice as big as this one for your trouble." Nice. — Gina Trapani
